Services:
We offer Website Development, WordPress & Shopify Development, Graphics Designing, Video Editing, Digital Marketing, SEO Services, and App Development. All project details, timelines, and pricing are mutually agreed upon with the client.

Project Terms:
Work starts after advance payment. The client must provide required content and timely feedback. Delays from the client side may extend timelines. Revisions are limited as per the package. Additional changes may incur extra charges.

Payments:
All payments are non-refundable unless agreed otherwise. Final delivery is provided after full payment.

Intellectual Property:
All work remains TechFlux.pk’s property until complete payment. After final payment, ownership transfers to the client except licensed items like themes and plugins.

Marketing Use:
We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise.

Liability:
We are not responsible for losses caused by third-party services, hosting issues, security breaches, or financial impacts of marketing or SEO.

Termination:
Services may be terminated if payments are delayed or terms are violated.
